da 888casino: Tottenham Hotspur fans have urged Moussa Sissoko to back up his words after he claimed that the club can come through their recent poor form.
da dobrowin: Spurs have won just three of their opening 10 Premier League games and already sit eight points behind both Leicester City and Chelsea, in third and fourth respectively.
Sissoko has told the club’s official website, however, that he believes the players have the ability to improve as the season progresses.
He said: “Sometimes it can be like this and we have to work our way through it, stick together and I’m sure good things will follow soon.”
Fans, though, have grown tired of hearing such proclamations from players.
Indeed, Spurs have not won away from home since January and are already facing the prospect of playing catch-up to the top four.
And supporters believe that the France international, who signed for Spurs for £30m in 2016, and his team-mates need to focus more on their on-field displays instead of their off-field quotes, as they prepare to take on Everton at Goodison Park this weekend.
